The Party Branch of Guangdong Kerun Supports the “Hundred Enterprises Assist Hundred Villages” Initiative.

On the morning of June 11, the general manager of Guangdong Kerun Biopharmaceutical Co., Ltd., accompanied by members of the Party branch, visited Tang’an Village in Damai Mountain Town, Liannan County, to carry out poverty‑alleviation and assistance activities, thereby contributing to the battle against poverty. As part of Kerun’s “One Hundred Enterprises Assist One Hundred Villages” initiative, following an initial round of condolences and on‑site field research to assess the situation, the company has actively deliberated and formulated tailored strategies to support poverty alleviation, steadily implementing these measures in hopes of helping the village achieve poverty eradication at an early date.
Based on preliminary field research, Kerun Company has developed an industry‑based poverty‑alleviation plan, proposing initiatives such as cultivating Chinese medicinal herbs and raising flavor‑enhanced chickens to drive rural development. The company has briefed villagers on the progress of these measures, providing them with Chinese medicinal materials, chicken chicks, feed, fertilizers, and technical guidance, while also helping to address funding challenges and overcome obstacles to industrial growth. At the same time, the company has engaged in active dialogue with villagers, gaining a deep understanding of village officials’ and residents’ views and suggestions regarding poverty‑alleviation efforts, thereby ensuring that their needs are genuinely met. By fully leveraging the unique resources of impoverished villages, the company is fostering specialized industries, extending the value chain, and increasing added value, shifting from “blood‑transfusion”‑style assistance to “hematopoiesis”‑driven poverty alleviation. In addition, during this visit, the company paid courtesy calls to 15 impoverished households, distributing rice, cooking oil, and cash stipends as tokens of support.
Through this “One Hundred Enterprises Assist One Hundred Villages” themed Party Day activity aimed at supporting poverty alleviation, Party members engaged in hands-on practice, conducting on-site visits to gain a firsthand understanding of the basic living conditions of villagers facing hardship. They encouraged branch members to put themselves in the shoes of the people, address their urgent needs, and fully leverage their roles by proactively offering advice and solutions to help impoverished households, thereby serving those in need. Participants unanimously agreed that taking the “themed Party Day” activities directly to the front lines of targeted poverty reduction is both pragmatic and innovative, providing a practical learning experience. Such organizational life is more down-to-earth and deeply heartwarming.
