Guangdong Kerun Pharmaceutical’s 2018 Mid-Year Internal Training Conference Concluded Successfully.

Following the company’s mobilization meeting on July 30, themed “Safe Production, Efficient Work, and a Harmonious Team,” and in light of the company’s specific circumstances, we have placed a strong emphasis on rigorously reinforcing workplace safety. To this end, on August 10–11, the company convened its 2018 mid-year internal training session for all employees in the third-floor multi‑purpose hall. Professor Niu Zhiyou from Huazhong Agricultural University was invited to attend and deliver a lecture on occupational safety, from which all participants gained valuable insights.
The conference is divided into two parts: the first is a workplace safety training session for all employees, and the second is an internal discussion and exchange meeting for all staff.
On the morning of the 10th, Professor Niu Zhiyou from Huazhong Agricultural University delivered a lecture on workplace safety, seamlessly integrating theoretical knowledge with the realities of on-site production. The presentation was richly illustrated with diagrams and photographs, leaving a lasting impression. Drawing on his extensive practical experience, Professor Niu used photos from major enterprises’ production sites to highlight specific areas in workshop layouts that require improvement and refinement, as well as practices that must be strictly prohibited. He also pointed out numerous aspects worthy of study and emulation. This approach—grounded in actual workshop conditions and supported by vivid visuals—significantly reinforced all employees’ understanding of the key operational steps involved in ensuring workplace safety.
On the afternoon of the 10th, Mr. Liu, the production director, addressed all employees, outlining fundamental safety‑production principles in light of the current issues and shortcomings in the company’s operations, with the aim of enhancing everyone’s safety awareness and sense of responsibility.
Subsequently, all employees were divided into groups to hold internal self-assessment and reflection meetings. The discussions focused on identifying shortcomings in their respective roles across three key areas—safety in production, operational efficiency, and team harmony—while seeking solutions and fostering interdepartmental coordination to enhance overall productivity. During the group sessions, each group leader presented a summary of the findings. Members then exchanged insights, voiced any issues they encountered in their work, and collaboratively worked to resolve them.
At the conclusion of the meeting, General Manager Zeng provided a summary. He expressed hope that this series of activities—centered on the theme of “Safe Production, Efficient Work, and a Harmonious Team”—would resonate with all employees, further enhancing safety awareness and ensuring safe operations; strengthening communication to boost work efficiency; and fostering collaboration to build a cohesive and harmonious team.
