2019-06-01
On May 30 and 31, 2019, GMP inspection experts from the Australian Department of Agriculture visited Kerun’s production and R&D facility to conduct a two-day compliance assessment.
At 8:30 a.m. on the 30th, GMP inspection experts from the Australian Department of Agriculture visited our company and convened the first meeting in the second-floor conference room. The experts read out the inspection guidelines, clarified the scope of the assessment, and announced the agenda. General Manager Zeng, on behalf of all employees, extended a warm welcome to the visiting experts. Following brief introductions, the experts gained an initial understanding of our company’s operations.
Subsequently, the experts conducted a thorough on-site inspection of the raw and auxiliary materials warehouse, the GMP‑compliant veterinary‑medicine production workshop, the finished‑goods warehouse, and the laboratory. They observed the granulation line in operation, gaining an in-depth understanding of the process flow on each floor, and expressed high praise for Kerun’s granulation‑line manufacturing process. The vertically integrated, fully enclosed production line has enhanced process automation and significantly boosted production efficiency. In the laboratory, the experts meticulously questioned staff about the equipment in each room, the operating procedures, and the software, to which the dedicated QC personnel provided detailed, item‑by‑item responses.

On the 31st, experts conducted a thorough review of the company’s document management records and related documentation covering production, quality, materials, equipment, documentation, validation, self‑inspections, and personnel, raising questions from time to time, which were promptly addressed by the relevant company staff. At the conclusion, a final meeting was held; following a comprehensive inspection and rigorous assessment, the experts expressed high approval of the company’s automated production line and expressed satisfaction with the cleanliness and hygiene of the warehouse and workshops. Following its 2017 acceptance, Kerun has once again successfully passed the inspection.

Kerun expresses its gratitude to all employees for their hard work. The Kerun team will continue to rigorously comply with veterinary drug management regulations, uphold a commitment to excellence, strengthen training and professional development, maintain high‑standard, long‑term management systems, and earnestly fulfill our corporate social responsibility as a veterinary pharmaceutical company, thereby repaying society with high‑quality products.
Looking forward to your letter.
